AxFlow Systems designs and builds complete dosing cabinets for accurate and safe dosing of chemicals in the petrochemical industry.
AxFlow Systems dosing cabinets are pre-assembled and delivered “ready-to-use” at customer site. The cabinet body is made of PP, HDPE. Piping and other components are made of stainless steel or plastic (PVC, PP, PVDF or PE). The dosing pump is assembled with a suction line, drain and flush line, overflow valve, pulsation damper and back pressure valve. The cabinet is sealed by transparent slats and is equipped with a drip tray. Our dosing boxes are pre-assembled and checked with air pressure and also extensively tested for capacity and pressure using water.
The dosing cabinets are custom made for their purpose. They come with CE and if required under ATEX approved with all certificates and manuals.
