Description

Unlike larger dosing pumps, the compact DSM series is equipped with a 3-inch display control integrated into the pump housing, which conveniently displays all relevant information. In addition, the integrated hose replacement assistant supports independent replacement of the hose element during servicing with visual step-by-step instructions. Despite the absence of a physical flow meter, the pump achieves a dosing accuracy of ±1% thanks to its brushless DC motor and special rotor design consisting of two sliding rollers and two guide rollers. Durable hose elements made of TPV, PUR, and SEBS are available for abrasive, chemical, and viscous media up to 200,000 mPas. A leak sensor can be installed on the rear of the pump as an option to detect potential hose breaks and initiate automatic shutdown of the pump if necessary.

Various industrial interfaces such as PROFIBUS, Profinet, Canbus CANopen, or Modbus RTU are available for real-time monitoring and control of the pump.
